GODFATHER The Don :My first paint job. Want some feedback & tips

I just wanted some feedback and some constructive criticism. Does anyone know a good brand of dullcote to get the shine out??
I'd say it ain't no sideshow ready but It is my first time ever painting a head. I can draw a little, I have never painted really. Still not satsified with it. Love to hear some good and bad on it, I can take it. lol.

Great start for your first paint up!

I used Testors spray dulcoat; it goes on easily and has a very good matte finish.
