Look up "SuperMCToys Tony Stealth" online or on eBay if you want something that specifically matches the Mark 46 portrait.

That's his outfit with the cast on when he visits the Raft.

I can't speak to their quality as I don't own any of their outfits, but I recall seeing some board members with their various outfits for other figures from Civil War I think. Bucky, Steve, and Scarlet Witch.
