Anyone heard of or shipped online with them before? Found a good deal on some upcoming products but I've never heard of them and wanted to see what the verdict is with Freaks. I can't seem to find if they charge on preorders at the time the order is made, of there's a NRD, or if I won't be billed until the items shipped. Their contact support is closed at the moment.
