Because there are some fans who are insanely obsessed with blue cat people out there.

I'm one of them, I adore cats, especially if they are blue!

O wow they're actually happening!!

I think they both look darn good. I liked the first Avatar (still need to see ATWOW ) plus I think the design for the Na'vi people is intriguing. Those display bases are oh so nice, even cooler with the light up function!

Jake looks solid however Neytiri is a massive let down. Likeness, bow size and WoW outfit just aren't doing it.

I take it you won't be picking these up?

The underwater bases don't make sense either. They couldn't stand underwater in those poses.

Don't worry, it's not just you who noticed that.

On my second viewing I actually noticed that there are a couple of nip slips in the movie Not that I was looking for them ), most notably for Weaver's character both as the mom in the tank and the teen running around (don't remember their names)... but I'm sure Neytiri had one as well.

I'm surprised that they're not offering a screaming sculpt for Neytiri and instead opted for a permanent "Jake why the hell did you move us here" sulking face, lol.

You can do silicone in different colours but the only thing that sticks to silicone is silicone. There's no way they'd be able to do all of the patterning on these with a seamless body, so they shall remain hideous forever.
