Oh yeah DG I think it look super epic if it had some dark-ish silver highlights to offset the blank look... looks like something is missing IMO...

A dark-matellaic "X" part on the door would look nice, maybe some metallic wall panels too...

I understand the "clean" look, but my first reaction is not "clean!" but rather "unfinsished??"

Otherwise looks pretty good.

Tis but a WIP my friend - Might be finished soon, might languish unloved for weeks or months at a time.

I saw some nice textured metal sheets in a DIY shop recently, thinking they might be useful... but hellish expensive, hmmm.

never seen textured metal sheets in a store before... you must have some pretty good stores in your area!

The best I have is Michael's craft store... it's about half the size of a Walmart and there's only one corner with anything useful.... :(

most of my projects are permanent WIP's.... need more time!

Darn you, sleep! :doh

B&Q here in the UK stock this stuff...

the patern is really small so fits in with 1:6 scale environments, trouble is it costs around £45 ($73.50) for a sheet measuring 24" x 12":horror

Still, gotta have it!

yeah, that looks awesome! And in 1/6 scale that's about 12 square feet of metal... which means its about £3.75 ($6.13) per 1/6 foot, which isn't too bad when you think about it...

that is a lot of money to shell out on a piece of sheet metal tho...
