(Snowtrooper kits uploaded) Constant updates! Jaztermareals custom Star Wars (+more)1:6 3D printable files library / archive

Thought I would start a thread compiling my 3D printable files for 1:6 figures that I have available free at places like Thingiverse and Printables.




My first models when I started out (due to basically knowing nothing about CAD/Digital modelling were mostly made by mixing existing parts together or adjusting the proportions of existing model such as the knee, belt, codpiece and shoulder of the Force Unleashed Phase 3 Clone armour:




The belt combined pre existing TK belt base with some basic blocks and some "flaps" I basically digitally cut from a sheet. Very crude.






Same story for the knee boxes, just random model shapes merged together





The codpiece was a basic TK codpiece from Thingiverse I stretched to get the proportions I wanted




While the shoulder pad was a scout trooper shoulder from Thingiverse I cut to form the shape I was after:





Then I tried to make parts from scratch for the first time:


It was way off but I proved to myself I could actually make something of my own.

I then improved on it with subsequent attempts:










And then made my own belt+boxes and back plate:









Then I made my own shoulder pad from scratch:



and new knee parts:



There was already a helmet file available online and the codpiece seemed unnecessary so I called it a day as I had everything I needed to convert a phase 1/2 clone figure into a phase 3 one to match the game:


So there was my first conversion kit. I also during this time built the confidence to try my first attempt at a blaster which I will share in the next post (might be close to image limit already)

so, Then came my first attempts to make a blaster from scratch. In hindsight, the shape was off (I blame the awkward reference images I was using at the time) and all the blaster variants I made using it as a base were off as a result but boy was I proud to have made my own blasters after going from 0 know-how in CAD.
The blaster was the weird hybrid I remembered from ROTS:




since the shot was super blurry and the details hard to make out it was the perfect choice for a first attempt as I could take "creative liberty".

I followed it with variants over time:

later on I modified it to resemble the elite squad blaster from bad batch:


and of course I made some Halo Magnum style variants for fun:











This first blaster base model was then modified to make the standard DC15S carbine but obviously the inaccuracies carried over so I will need to remake it from scratch at some point.

then I altered it again to do the BOBF version:





as well as the Bad Batch elite squad blaster. I also made from scratch an animated version:





And with that I have reached the end of my first blaster models lineage. most of these need remakes as my initial model was too far off for my liking (I dodn't need 100% accuracy but I do want to get closer to it than I did)

next up... The random bits.

I was asked if I could modify clone legs to make them Alpha ARC trooper style, so I did this simple mod to said existing thighs:




I was also asked to make some of the clone belt boxes so did those too:

I was also asked to make a simple sombrero, something I had no idea how to do since I was a self taught CAD noob with barely any know-how so this was the result



Next up some detonators followed by better blasters and armour/helmets

Took me a long time to figure out CAD enough to make a detonator




Which I then of course made a split variant of



followed by an old republic glop grenade that I then revised immediately



then much later on I decided to make some fun variants including:


Pokeball detonator





and a Holy Hand Detonator of Alderaan

I decided to do some blasters from the cartoons:


DC17 pistols and holsters:





Captain Fordo's blasters









Reg clone pistol







I also did the Lego style blaster

and a detailed version






I also did Video game blasters based on the classic Battlefront.

I did a variant with more practical trigger guard


plus a version with opened and extended stock



and no stock at all:


then I did just for fun variants. This snub pistol version feels like a star trek phaser



this one like a Halo Magnum



outside of games I made the Tie Pilot blaster based on Sideshows version




I also dipped into Kenner style blasters with the old POTF2 Stormtrooper rifle






I created a slightly adjusted more practical version that I think retained the overall look

Now for something completely different.

After getting the HT Mortar and Flamethrower Stormtrooper figures I just needed some Ketchup and Mustard bottles for them. then I decided to expand that to ketchup/mustard blasters. So to CAD program I went



and rendered in colour


I of course had to create variants

And finally the ultra mega super duper tacticool version (with optional truck nuts)

I really wanted movie version DC15A rifles for my clones so I had to my hand at that. this was also where I started to do those coloured renders you have a seen a few of above.

I came up with this way to make the odd design make actual sense (how I kinda always imagined it worked after first seeing it in the 2000's) and birthed a sniper configuration variant




Then I noticed that the AT-RT driver has a unique rifle



and finally a short version for fun


of course, more weapons based on this rifle followed, I will post those next

The DC15A rifle served as basis for a remake of the ROTS hybrid 15A/15S rfile


Which I of course made multiple variants of

next I did the Republic Commando version DC15 commando rifle (from the trailer/early build of the game)



And as usual did variants


Then experimented with a peg system for mixing and matching







taking a break from rifles, here is the snow clone helmet I made based on TCW but in realistic style (2 versions)





most recently I uploaded armour parts for the Senate/ Royal / Shadow Guards from the Force Unleashed for customizing royal guard figures into game versions (minus stormtrooper style chest plate and Royal guard style helmet as those can be acquired via various ways. Might still do them at a later date)



Feet armour need to be re-done as mine are too squared but I will get to that at a later date

next up is some Andor ( lter Ahsoka and Mando s3 also) version blasters goodness:

So far I have listed most of my free files. there are a few I missed out (mainly ones I never uploaded or minor variants etc) and obviously none of the in progress projects are pictured here yet but I may follow up with those

I love your attention to detail and accuracy, while it's also nice to see you're just having fun with other projects.
Do you print these yourself?

After finishing some other projects, I plan on modifying my ARC Jesse into my own hybrid/interpretation ARC trooper, mostly add8ng and combining elements of Alpha and Fordo.
Have you ever thought about making a live action interpretation of Fordo's blasters? I've seen some interpretations of that online, but they never quite captured the essence of the blasters IMO.

I won't get around to this before 2025 earliest, but I'll likely get back to you about some parts around that time.

When I did my Fordo pistols I basically did de-stylised version of the cartoon design since as you say there are some realistic interpretations already out there. Might try something more like you suggest some time.


I actually did not print my files despite having a printer due to being a father now I am avoiding resin fumes until I can get somewhere suitable to print away from my child. The printed ones I actually bought from a seller in China who was selling prints of my files, so technically I bought Chinese knock offs of my models....

And that makes perfect sense.
I sometimes think that I'd love to have a printer myself, but other than the cost factor, I've never thought about the potential impact on my (toddler) daughter.

Yeah, I can wear a respirator but my toddler can't so no printing for now. If I can get a suitable place to print then I have tons of files already sliced ready to print... one day...

Feel free to send any ideas. I keep a huge folder of ideas and reference material for future projects.

And now ro add my most recnt model I made today (will upload it tomorrow): the riot shield used in Jin Roh. This was on my list of things to make for years now (since when I was making stuff from real clay) so after seeing the Illang armour made by another talented member I finally felt motivated to actually make it.

Work in progress nearing completion. General Veers armour kit

General Veers 3D printable armor kit completed. Over 20 files.

I included movie backplate and costume test backplate, movie chestplate and sideshow snowtrooper style proportioned chestplate, helmet movie style with goggles up, version with goggles down and version with no goggles (costume test style).

Also did the chestplates with and without rank badges, standard and larger (for easy painting) badges, merged 1 piece versions of the torso armor of the varipus styles both with and without the badges, inner helmet headsets with and without mics and both of those with and without risers to ensure the heads you use sit correctly in the helmets.

Basically as many variations and options as possible to give folk flexibility.

Files for The Veers set, Lt Nolan set, Onderon Rex set and Commando helmets are all available on CGTrader and Cults. For physical prints I am not yet selling prints for a few reasons primarily I don't have somewhere I can print safely without risk of fumes near my toddler so I am not currently printing, however, if you need prints you could try SyndicateCustoms or DS.Artwork.and.more (aka budget3dworks) as they sell printed models of some of my files
