Aaaaaah! He looks amazing!! I appreciate GT boss' efforts in getting his likeness right - it certainly paid off. His 1st Class headsculpt is so charming, the accuracy is impeccable. And the 2nd Class HS is just perfect, no questions about it! Thanks for the update.

edit: This picture blows my brain! He looks like the game model, or a render. I've never seen such accurate portrayal of the FF look represented so well. His face and hair!!

Its especially annoying because people been asked to keep it low profile. I imagine It will be the same people complaining if anything should come of it legally.

That's exactly what I'm saying.. Like if we want them to put out good stuff forever. We have to help them by doing our part by keeping it on the low.. I'm way more okay not being able to see anything from them bc people aren't posting out loud rather than seeing GT fall..

Dang, you're right. A Twitter account @VII_Moment keeps posting the updates there as well. Thankfully they have less than 1k followers. They'd posted a pic of Tifa I hadn't seen before, so I'm not sure they're getting the pics from here. Regardless... live long and prosper, GT!

Gametoys deserve all the exposure and praise, let it be talked about on whatever platform. If they haven't been shut down yet, I doubt they ever will. I don't recall Limtoys being offical figures with Metal Gear, not sure what Konami does regarding them? Probably nothing, so I'm sure there are all kinds of loopholes and work arounds in the toy industry in Asia. Maybe with some big financial backing we'll see a lot more IP's realized in plastic physical form. There are so many companies making figures nowadays, I'm sure they all hope for a big licensing deal, look at Threezero, Hot Toys, Asmus, Blitzway, Damtoys, ect. They all needed exposure to get where they are today, because the bottom line is the bottom line. They aren't making these things solely for the love of a specific character, or to appease a small collecting community fanboy wetdreams... profit is what drives the production further.

Though I agree they deserve praise and exposure, it's been stated here that Gametoys would prefer to be on the down-low to avoid any discrepancies in their production. I think you're right and that they are safe in that regard, but if they were to somehow go "viral" it could cause a problem.

If it wasn't Gametoys, or Iconiq Studios, for example, I would agree wholeheartedly. Both companies are led by 1/6 collectors, who know figures from a consumers standpoint. I'd argue that Gametoys specifically is making these figures to appease a small gaming/collecting community alike. With less than a thousand or so figures made each run (presumably) and the quality and attention to detail we have seen so far... what really is there to profit? Of course they're not making these figures just for the sake of just making them, and with how many FF prototypes we have seen to date, I'm sure they are profiting well enough, but it's marginal compared to other 1/6 companies with higher production numbers and less quality.

Zack came out great. Don’t need him in my collection but glad to see GameToys keeping up with the amazing quality.

Personally just waiting on Tifa and Aerith preorders. And hopefully a sign that they’ll consider doing Barret.
