Outfit is going to be sick. Just hope they don't make those forearm accessories too large like in the show. They look slightly disproportionate.
I thought they stood out as well but I kinda like them in a retro stylised way. They have to make it like the show IMO

You don't want the kids from Back to the Future 2?

I feel like if HT did Black Chewbacca, it wouldn't look anything like the character. Maybe more like a giant-sized Teebo.

To be honest, I feel that the show was pretty bad but these two characters were at least visually impactful (in a good way) as opposed to the Vespa Gang. Plus, while I'm not really into the Clone Wars stuff, I know that they would be popular with those fans, as well.

I agree with you regarding Black Kowabunga. Hopefully Hot Toys has learned their lesson with TFA Chewie and have improved their design of a Wookie. I will say that if they do make one, he is going to be quite expensive, based on the different fur colors needed around the face/head.

I myself have no real interest in Black Kawasaki but it would be an interesting figure if they made him.

For me, Cad Bane is all I want from the show. At least I got something.

I'm not sure if I'll get anything from Kenobi at this point. Certainly not that HT RO Vader rehash. The only figure I would consider at this point would be a mangled Vader with half-Hayden face.

I’d be interested in HT doing a Bebop and Rocksteady, which are the names I gave the two Gamorean Guards since they’ve been so bad at naming characters lately. Still surprised the mayor’s major domo didn’t get a name with his amount of screen time.

Haha, I get that but them being nearly naked made more sense than the fur covered ones in RotJ. Fur on a hot, desert planet? Yeah, the Mad Max outfits made just a little more sense :lol

I mean to be fair, we don't know how their species' body temperature works.

There's something odd and 'Caligula' about those two slimmed down Gammys.

I agree. The decision to put a mask on some burly stunt performers instead of a full costume like ROTJ was an understandable but poor decision.

It made a bit more sense when they were wrestlers in The Mandalorian, but I really miss the chunky OT Green Eggs and Ham guards.

If she survives the next two episodes I could go for a Tala figure. She’s a good character and actress so I’m wondering if she could cross over and show up in the Andor series at some point. The figure could come with both her Empire uniform and Rebel duds. I think she’d fit in nicely with Rogue One and Andor figures.

I like Tala and Indira Varma is a great actress who looks great in the uniform. Though I think most people look great in the Imperial officer's uniform; it's just such a timeless design. A figure is unlikely, but it would be nice to just get more Imperial officers in general.

Only downside would be that the figure would probably be tiny like the RO Jyn ground crew figure.

I definitely miss the chunky OT Frank and Beans guards. They were just about my favorite thing in the entire movie when I was 7. But the GamGams used in Mandalorian and BOBF were closer to the original concept designs right? Right?!

(Or am I mis-remembering/trying to ret-con Disney anti-fat shaming them?)

Great - another Iron Man that no one asked for.

I hope this doesn’t mean that Cad Bane will be delayed.

Very unfortunate. I feel like it’s been a while since I’ve put in a preorder for a HT. I think the last was Fennec

I want them to go all in on a 1/6 Rancor (it's smaller than the other one right?) as well as the main Tusken family (chief, Warrior woman, boy), Drash, spinning black guy, some Pykes, Black Kenneth Branagh, Mayor's Aide, the Hutt Twins, the Mayor's, etc.
