Hello guys,

If the lightsabers have always had my preference, the Han’s blaster has always appealed to me but there was not many alternatives at the unaffordable MR.
So last year I discovered a replica from AWC.
It’s a gbb airsoft 1.1 replica full metal. The paint and finish are great. It’s really heavy.
It comes in two boxes. One for the Mauser and the second for the scope and flash hider.

Once assembled it’s a really beautiful replica but felt that it was maybe too sleek and black.

So recently decided to repaint the flash hider in gun metal and add some slight weathering on the aiming wheel in order to give it some ANH vibes.

It gives it some MR Elite accents.
If like me you only need one blaster in your collection, even if it’s not 100% accurate, t’s a cool and solid alternative and got the look of the real thing IMO.

Sorry I did not pealed the blue and green protection on the stand for the moment.

That's a great blaster. I have the same one from AW. The A180 (Jyn's Blaster) as well. Great shelf presence, decent price. Nice that it's all metal.

I'm in the process of building an RS propmasters ANH Stormtrooper armour kit, starting to take shape.

It certainly does look chrysalisy at this stage.

Sounds like a fun project. Lot of work but very rewarding.

Thanks for the pics @DarthRusty

It looks amazing, looks to have great shelf presence as well.

Anything standing out to you that is wrong? Or did they pretty much just nail it?

It has amazing shelf presence! I’m sure there’s a few things that aren’t uber screen accurate on it. However, as I’ve never kit bashed built any of these ships, I can’t see any problems with it.
Pop it out of the box, put the wings & a small detail piece in the back on, place on your shelf…. amazing!!

So what's become of the $350 Galaxy's Edge melted Vader? I saw some buzz about it roughly a month ago, then it kinda fizzled out. A small few have popped up on eBay, but not worth the markup IMO.

They still available at the parks?

What’s the chances we’ll get a licensed Vader helmet for the Kenobi show? Just curious because I’ve been wanting a Vader helmet that’s as authentic as possible for my new house as I’ve never had one before but I’m also not keen on breaking the bank to getting old ones from resellers from other Star Wars movies

Not likely unfortunately, at least for many years.

Denuo Novo is still only releasing ANOVOS era products. EFX is not going to release anything any time soon. Regal Robot could surprise everyone and do it now that they have the replica license but that seems unlikely.

I did not see Vader on Denuo Novo’s 2022 product list but I would not be surprised if they re-released one of ANOVOS’s Vaders in the future.

Well that’s disappointing

Yeah, I’m sorry. I wish there were options.

I know you’d prefer a helmet but Sideshow’s life size Vader bust is 10% off and free shipping as part of their extended Celebration sale. Not for too much longer though.

I think that’s a good deal for what you get and it’s licensed like you prefer.

That's awesome! Do you have a blog of the build or something (for those of us that might be interested in making our own)?
Sadly, no. I had never thought of that actually. Sorry.
The backing plate, antenna, & lights are all from a kit on the RPF that Mattheiu Deltour (a.k.a. Eethan) sells. The stand, I picked up from Amazon. As for the Trident Viewers… you gotta hunt those.
