Hey guys... Unfortunately I have to sell some of my figures and I can't figure out how to disassemble the DX stand to put it back in the box. Is there a good/easy/safe way to remove the stand from the base once it's popped into place?
DGTWoodward - You're exactly right. And how can we forget the beautiful Uma Thurman as Poison Ivy? I'd buy them all and I hate those movies! But the character designs were pretty great, excluding batnipples.
Re: Hot Toys - MMS152 - Superman: 1/6th scale Superman Collectible Figure
Damn this Thanksgiving Holiday!!! Now I have to wait until next week for my Supes to be delivered!
For all the people who are saying that they want a '92 Catwoman, I highly recommend the custom version... It wasn't very expensive and I'm more than happy with it. Obviously if Hot Toys makes one and it's better, I'll upgrade, but for 120 bucks or whatever I paid, it's pretty freaking great...
Got mine two days ago, but I've been too busy to post.
I too have issues.
1. Right Foot is extremely loose, I'm assuming it's broken like everyone else's.
2. Right shoulder seems to be messed up and I can barely pose this arm.
3. Shiny adhesive spots on the Bale sculpt.
4. Kneepads seem to...
Definitely more than the eyes... I could deal with the eyes, it's the mouth and jawline, as well as the chimpanzee shaped skull from the profile angle. This is an absolute failure. The prototype was lightyears better than this.
Good God that's hilarious (Finally found an Avatar) Thanks Devil
Someone should post that on Arnie Kim's Facebook!
On a serious note - I PO'd this a loooong time ago, and of course I used Flexpay (like an idiot). I don't want to cancel my order and suffer any fees. Do you guys think I can...
No, I already cancelled before checking here. The figures were Classic Predator, Keaton Bats, and Nicholson Joker... Makes me sick to think about...
:monkey2:monkey4:(
Haha, you guys are hilarious. I'm not asking for empathy or sympathy or anything from you.
My wife was laid off, we're short on cash, and the $20 cancellation fee hurts when the entire reason I'm canceling is because things are tight. If I was canceling for any other reason then I wouldn't...
Well, the in-hand pics look terrible...:slap I'm afraid I'm in too deep in FlexPayments to back out now, but I have a feeling this guy will be going on eBay in a few months. Definitely a stinker and a huge disappointment.:monkey4
No, I haven't called. I didn't know that was an option. Would it even help?
I understand I agreed to it when I ordered, but I had no idea that a month later my household income would be hobbled!
