DX Display Stand

Hey guys... Unfortunately I have to sell some of my figures and I can't figure out how to disassemble the DX stand to put it back in the box. Is there a good/easy/safe way to remove the stand from the base once it's popped into place?

Honestly, just a good ol wiggle and pull.

Surprisingly it shouldn't break. Just remember to not only pull. Give it a try.
