I actually had that in mind. However, ease of being able to take the outfits on and off wasn’t really the point I was trying to make, as much as it was just the point of having too many different outfits/looks in one package with only one figure, with some of those outfits being ones you’d want to display in and of themselves separately.

Yeah, I hear you, in terms of being visually distinct the poncho is obviously that but it’s just as easy to put on as the Jabba gear cloak and it’s worn for such a short stretch (like the cloak) that it doesn’t necessarily warrant its own figure.

But it should make a good summer toy fair exclusive. I’ll possibly pick it up since I like my options.

Was wondering if you could see how the blaster looks in the damaged hand? I'd love to know he could hold it with that hand sculpt

Though when you have essentially four different display options and one figure, I just think it gets to a point where how often do you plan on changing out the outfits? And if you like all of the outfits, I just think it’d be more prudent to cut it in half and have each figure basically have two options: cloak or tunic with one, and poncho or DSII with the other.

For me, the only two outfits I’d go between is DSII and tunic, so I’d have zero interest in Endor Luke. But if you’re going to have him wielding the saber in his tunic or DSII outfit, the Endor sculpt looks like it’s a better battling expression.

The first paragraph is objective though.

If it’s any consolation, I wouldn’t be in favor of including the snowspeeder suit with a hypothetical lone DX07 figure, and would prefer two different figures for each look. And I have an interest in both of those outfits.

HT seems to be really wanting to do weapons and accessories slightly underscaled. This one's not too bad (and not as bad as all the others,) but it's definitely a tad too small overall. The handle also doesn't quite reach the bottom of the hand.

I got mine in late April/ early May. I love it. He is slightly chubby. I removed his fat suit and with his Jedi robes he looks fine now.

Pshh....since when has any 1/6 company mastered the art of the 'three fingers actually gripping on the handle' look? lol - I often look at my figures that are holding pistols and wonder why the hell they sculpt the fingers spread apart from each other..so bizarre. I mean, I know this isn't the case with this figure, but yeah, the handle is definitely too short.

Finally had an email from Sideshow to say that the payment will be taken next week and should be arriving in their warehouse in the next 9 days so should be on it's way soon. Can't wait!

You guys should periodically check eBay. Those Japanese sellers usually sell waaay ahead of time. Grant it you pay a few bucks more but it's so satisfying.

Doesn’t bother me..the gun used by Luke lasted for about a few seconds on screen anyway , was a far shot at best

I did it with my custom. I was quite pleased before but having it side by side with this HT version looks like a lint magnet mess
