Anyone else think it looks like Will Ferrell?

I see some Will Ferrell there, to be fair.
The Jinx sculpts looks good, but the one thing that has put me off buying any, is the skin texture.
All of them seem very bumpy, like printed on a 3-D printer or something. Is that just the pics are so Macro? Can someone confirm?

It's one of those sculpts that if you haven't seen it in hand, you haven't really seen it in my opinion. Some sculpts are just weird like that, and people are understandably skeptical whenever someone makes such a claim, but in my opinion, and in this case, it's true. Even though it looks good in some pics, I don't think it photographs particularly well, but in hand I've never seen a better Ford as Solo sculpt. I don't have any issues with the paint on mine, either, and he stands quite proudly alongside the best of Hot Toys Star Wars figures.

Like FlyAndFight, I'd never go back to stock. And I genuinely can't imagine a better ANH Solo sculpt than JNIX's. I wasn't a fan of his Luke, and his Obi-Wan was only so-so for me, but he knocked this one out of the park to my eyes. And as a Solo fan since I was five years old, back in the 70's during the original run, Hot Toys ANH Solo with JNIX head sculpt is one of the pieces I can't see myself ever letting go of.

But that's just, like, my opinion, man...

I can see both sides. I wasn’t sold on it just from the pics but I bought the JNIX Han anyway.

Opened the box and it looked much better than any photo conveyed. But when you put the head on that ANH body it really is fantastic.

I can’t figure out why it rarely comes across in photos but it is damn good.

I owned two JNIX ANH Han sculpt, one from the first run and another from the second run. The first release was way better imo in terms of the paint work and how it sat on the figure. It's a great sculpt but I couldn't get past the paint work and how the material looked compared to the original stock head. So I sold off my Jnix ones for a decent profit and went back to stock and haven't look back. Sure the stock isn't perfect but it does the job.

My Jnix ANH Han, painted by Mark Simpson:

This is exactly what I probably would have done. I also can't get past the paint. But each to their own opinions and likes/dislikes.

Should be interesting when/if HT does an ESB Han and what the headsculpt will look like on that.

Under detolf lights and from normal viewing distance the paint looks just as good as any other Hot Toys. But in natural light it does sometimes have some gloss. But I don’t think you can look at this photo from onesixthshooter and say the Han looks bad compared to Leia.
