Hopefully nightcrawler is mystique's son in this. Looks very interesting but still I feel the xmen haven't been used to there full potential. I want to see another brotherhood v xmen movie.

I am Twink'd out.[emoji38]
Wait. :horror
Lol. So that's what Gaspar was saying. Lack of sleep is really doing a number on my brain. Millenials, don't wait to have kids, knock em out while your young.

Trailer looks good IMO. I'm really liking the look of Apocalypse and the Horsemen and we pretty much know that the X-Men are going to don new costumes either at the end or in an after credits scene (we can thank Avengers for the black leather biker gear finally being ditched).

I still think the movie is going to be pretty good. Certainly better than Superman v. Batman, but highly doubtful it will come anywhere near CW. I've made my peace with the fact that Fox is holding onto the X-Men and Singer will be directing or producing, so at this point I just want them to turn out great movies. I'm looking forward to this one, and will pick it up when it hits digital download.

Had Mystique not been played by Lawrence there is no way the character would be in charge. The lines seem much more like something written for Jackman's Wolverine, and yes I know that would blow continuity. But as I was watching the trailer I could hear easily those same lines in Jackman's voice. And speaking of Wolverine, that is the worst kept secret of the year. I was actually just thinking about that the other day, figuring there would at least be a cameo. There was no way there'd be an X-Men movie without Wolverine because the producers know that the character and Jackman get butts in seats. For Jackman it's another payday and a chance to give a taste of Wolverine 3. It will only be after that that the part will get recast.

The only thing I'm holding out hope for is that Marvel and Fox finally come to an agreement on Fantastic Four. Somehow I would not be surprised if Silver Surfer might actually be the sticking point as opposed to Reed, Sue, Johnny and Ben, especially after three so-so/failed movie attempts. Marvel can make FF a hit no doubt, but bringing Silver Surfer into the cosmic universe started by GotG could be the real gem. Just imagine GoTG3 centering on Galactus as the Big Bad, and featuring the heralds Surfer, Frankie Raye Nova, Firelord and Terrax). Surfer could defect, join the Guardians and turn the tide of the battle, which would then set him up for a standalone movie or franchise.

Yeah for sure. How excited are you for this? You're one of the biggest FoX-Men fans on this board, if I'm not mistaken.

After the 3 trailers we got, not that excited if I'm honest. I'm kind of burned out from all the superhero movies we've been getting, the only one that looks fresh and exciting is Suicide Squad which more excited for than this sadly.

I think it looks good. I did have an issue with too much J Law, but if she is finally embracing the character and it lets someone else shine other than Wolverine, Pro x or Magneto, so be it.

Hopefully the kids get a fair amount of screen time and some cool scenes since i'm looking forward to seeing Cyclops and Jean the most.

It looks like Nightcrawler may be Mystiques son (or at least knows who she is) and I'm glad Quicksilver is Magnetos kid.

I think Psylocke and Angel are going to be pretty throwaway characters while Storm and Magneto are clearly the focus from the horsemen.

I'm just glad that we're finally getting an X-Men movie where Charles is trying to convince Magneto to stop fighting on the wrong side, bridges and buildings get lifted into the sky, young mutants test out their powers and the Weapon X program figures somewhere into the plot since I would have hated if they had done something derivative and nostalgia driven.

Don't forget an angry shirtless Wolverine for the first time ever! :yess:

Finally, stuff never seen in an X-Men movie. :yess:
