Do you think it matters how many previous purchases you had from them? I have a fair amount of SS purchases and had no trouble getting replacement for outfit issues on other figures.

Very well could. They are a company and if you're risking upsetting a bigger customer you tend to bend over backwards for them.

I got the chance to check my figure's articulation today everything is fine except the left foot, for some reason I don't get the same articulation as the right one, every time I try to bend it, it comes back to it's original state, I took the boot off to check if the peg is broken but it's not!
Does anyone know how to fix it?

I forgot to add that he stands fairly well on his own and here is a picture of him

He looks BEAUTIFUL! [emoji7]

That black Friday deal is a good one... I've been thinking of leaving the 1/6 collecting thing behind, and I promised myself Supes and General Zod will be my last ones. Might be time to pick one up!

Close to pulling the trigger since I genuinely enjoyed the movie. Only thing that's keeping me from buying, is the scale of this thing.

In line with the rest of my 1/6 figures. This thing TOWERS over everything else 1/6th.

It has been discussed before in this thread that Jor El, Zod and Man Of Steel are a bit of a departure for HT, in that they are 1/6, and most of their other figures are 12" scale.
For someone who is 6'6" tall, a 1/6th version *should* be 13" tall...
I know it's a pain standing them next to other figures that seem out of scale(which they *are*), but it's the way of things.
TDW Thor figure and the new Cap figures also had that legendary sizing, but with other figures out since seeming to return to the older 12" scale.

I have to say that this is my least favourite HT's figure. the face is great and the body itself looks nice. However, I found the ankle joints loose and it was difficult to get him in any pose other than standing straight upright. maybe it's me. Oh and don't get me started on the ridiculous stand.

Cavill isn't 6'6 though, he's 6'1. So the figure shouldn't be 13 inches, but a little over 12.

So I don't know what people are saying when they say HT is actually doing 1/6 scale now... they were doing scale right for the most part. Not many of the figures they do have the human counterpart being above 6'1 - 6'3 ranges.

Well, Superman himself is 6'6"? Or somewhere around there. I guess it's better they went with character height rather than actor height. Or I think a ***kkkkload of people would be pissed at a true 1/6 Hobbit or Gimli figure.

It's a cleverly done thing, but the MOS boots had subtle lifts built into them. It's close to three inches at the rear end, with his toes being on the ground. And even though it seems to be a flat boot, if you look at them from the side any time he's standing next to someone, you can see the upper of his foot is ever so slightly elevated. Not by much, and not so as most people would notice. If you check out the scene where Crowe is doing the voiceover and Cavill is walking towards camera about to learn how to fly, you can see in the boot that he is walking slightly awkwardly and that his heel is raised and the slope of the metatarsal bones is a bit too high to be normal.
This is how they made Cavill 6'6" tall as Superman.
And the reason the HT figure is 13" tall.
