I don't quite see the point of having the extra arms without the light-up feature. Since the shoulder guards are detachable, the only other unique thing is the lasers. Wouldn't it have been easier to make the lasers a separate wrist guard like the repulsor ones?

I agree completely. I just pop off the shoulders and put them on the other arms when I want that look. They should have made them more battle damaged or light up or at least be able to twist the wrist lasers. Since they're fixed it doesn't make for many poses. Anyone notice the little tiny air vents on the calf/shin area? The open a little bit. Crazy the detail they went to with this figure considering it's not necessary but much appreciated.

I am glad you got yours!!! Yeah, same happened on mine, when I got the DX07 and the DX12 from them, It was wrapped NICELY with double bubble wrap in an impenetrable box, on the other hand on this case, the Brown carton box was missing and the box itself was messed up bad, like it's dented it in half. I can live with that though. Can complain about it, as long as I get for close to retail I am good.

Totally! I woukdnt be hard broken if the box were dinged but the figure is perfect. I too am glad to have gotten it (early at that matter) and didn't have to pay 400+ for it!

It's inevitable with watch batteries, even then getting extra watch batteries ain't no joke they can rack up on price alone. so do you want them?

I think you are! Haha. Actually I was in the same boat but this is the first figure I've got that I love and actually use the light feature. Most others are just a gimmic but for an iron man it's essential.

Here's my Avengers Mark VI and VII!

Will be doing that. Also Ive learned to set up Flex Payments for the 5th instead of the end of the month, seems most of the figures I order come in shipments at the end of the month forcing my Flex Pay to get pushed. Happened to the last 3 figures Ive ordered. Thisll be the forth.

I just got notice from Toys2 that they got the figure and will be charging my CC now. It's the regular version I pre-ordered.

Some progress for tonight.

Sanded it down a bit to flatten it, diffused the eyes a bit more. Going to sand it down again tomorrow, prime it and then apply the first layer of Gold onto it.
