After taking some pic I've realized that the mouth area is too shiny after the paint-job, so I've added some matt varnish and it worked really great. I will take some pictures later, it's too dark here right now.

No, not possible, it's one solid molded piece. If you'd like to use another helmet you'll need to cut the neck off so you could combine them.

Really not hard to make, but you need to be very delicate.
And do not put too much of epoxy, just few tiny flat drops are enough.

V-Rap that is awesome bro. Nice mod. Ill definitely be doing that to mine. I'm curious about the cowl though. How did it sit on the neck in the movie if it wasn't on some sort of mannequin? I can't see any shots in the movie that show one but its too dark to tell if there's not one. Can anybody find some production pics or behind the scenes pics that clearly define the absence of a black head inside the cowl? I thought for sure I saw one somewhere.

These are not available to buy in shops almost all on line . Or else I ,d buy . I actually like both versions the premier and this. Still waiting for shops to stock these. Grrrr

Hot Toys teased their TDKR version but have not shown any intention (yet) to produce the TDK armory.

Best i could do is this shot straight from The dark knight Manual. Sadly i don't own a scanner. Though you can see there does not appear to be a mannequin head inside.

The book also states the suit is housed in a separate container(armory) to allow the suit to breathe and contract after use so to not lose its shape.

What do you think of the construction in hand, raptor? Is it HT quality?

The quality is REALLY good. That's not HT quality, but something near (saying honestly it IS like HotToys if U'd like to see tumbler's bottom or the pilot chair, pretty poorly executed with HT ). It's really good, worth every dollar. Accessories are very bright and painted with much care. The suit is NOT HT quality painted, but pretty nice thou. I don't want to spend around 250$ to replace it. And I really like the nettings and this awesome yellow lighting. It's really good. I'd give it 7,5 of 10 for the complete stand alone item. And definitely 10 of 10 for the unlicensed item with cost less than 250$. Really good. Get it and you won't regret until you have some older custom Armory from this board.
And I'm not interested in HT version now, coz I just don't like the TDK:R design.

Looks like. You know, the very hard and solid kind of, they use it to pack ceramic knives for example.
