Oh and I joined the BJ Penn UFC gym in Hawaii but cancelled the following day. I just didn't have that traditional training feel to it. The name BJ Penn and UFC made it all hyped up, but they do have good programs but wasn't fitting my schedule. Maybe later on, I don't like crowded gyms like 24 hours.

I have been weight training since february. Back in '09 i used to train at another gym for about 6 months. I'm 26 now, average build (5'7 in height, and 69kilos in weight) Working out for me is not just weight training, i like to swim, run and row. I do cardio as it is good for keeping up my stamina, and weight training for muscle growth. It is a good feeling knowing that i am putting an effort into my lifestyle, and it does give you a confidence boost.

I eat quite a lot, and as long as it is healthy food (i.e NOT BISCUITS) i can turn my appetite into muscles! It is expensive and time consuming to cook all the food, but i have found the ultimate dinner.....

!!COOK IN A BAG CHICKEN THIGHS!!!

Just put them in a oven proof bag and sprinkle the spice/sauce (usually the supermarkets have this product in one) and cook for 45. very easy along with some broccoli or mixed veg. Very tasty and you can save some for your next meal.

I have been slacking the last month though as i have been occupied with my Xbox, and Mc'ing.... Muscles have shrunk!

Ummmm now I'm all distracted......Her butt is about as perfect as it gets! :love

Well I quit smoking and packed on about 15 to 20 pounds since February. I just ran in an underwater marathon and did 5 miles in 41 minutes. So that kinda motivated me to start trimming the fat. Hell people would probably say I'm "thin". That said I'm going to try the Insanity workout videos. I don't like lifting weights and prefer a more natural approach to working out (running, sports, ect). This seems to fit the bill. The hardest part is giving up the damn beer. :lol

Has anyone tried these videos? It seems they get good results and I have read many positive reviews.
