Staff of Toy Hunters (official Hot Toys shop in Hong Kong) already confirmed that the mask will be removeable. I know that because many people enquired about this when pre-ordering this figure and the staff told us this.

I think they rushed him because they wanted to show him before the movie was released, or the day, or after? Can't remember exactly what day.
Or...
Because so many people were demanding them to show Bane. 'Where's Bane, HT!!!' 'Bane!!!' 'Bane again...' 'Show us Bane!!' ...ect...

I hope they will listen and fix him. They have until the end of March...unless of course it is delayed

I PO'd him the day he went up for po. I'm hoping the body is fixed. It doesn't bother me to be perfectly honest. It would just be nice if it was accurate.

I don't know, but I don't have to much of a time seeing past the inaccuracies really. They don't bother me that much with this figure.

Is that odd? I suppose it is really. I cannot explain it though.

perhaps because of the simplicity of the costume? After all its just a tight black onesie and a mask whereas with Batman there are all these little plates + the cowl

Yes, that could be it. The Bat is certainly more visually arresting though. Not in the same way as Anne Hathaway being visually arresting. No, that is being visually arresting on a whole different level!

I am glad that I have them both POed.

It's just too easy for it to have originally been misinterpreted to begin with. I've become pretty indifferent to whether or not the mask is removable anyway, it doesn't affect the fact that I want this figure.

ht usually would put non-removable too if it was non-removable. this time they put nothing to leave their options open...

so they can say we didn't say anything if it ends up removable/non-removable (delete whichever you like!)

I'm not so sure. Gordon looks "cooler" in the SWAT outfit. Hot Toys seems to like the more bad@$$ version of these characters IMO.

They have made how many versions of Iron Man but never a causal version of Tony Stark, the Same with Batman, No causal tux version of Bruce Wayne, Captain America ( Steve Rogers in his Class A Uniform) or Superman but no Clark Kent, etc.

How many causal versions of figures in nothing but suits or dresses has Hot Toys Made? the only recent one I can think of is Caulson but even he has a gun almost as big as him.

I do not see them making Bruce Banner for the same reason (But he has the best chance the way they are milking the Avengers line). They seem to like the coolest looking version of characters. Also a Bruce Wayne, Tony Stark, Steve Rogers, Clark Kent or Bruce Banner would sell a lot more figures than a maid version of Catwoman and I am sure Hot Toys knows this.

They're answer was that they thought it would be pointless and a waste of time putting out figures with just a headsculpt and a designer suit. With that mentality I can understand why we've never seen a Bruce Wayne or Tony Stark. Which IMO I think is a little stupid because Im pretty sure those figures would be bought up quick.

He's not even a main character. I'd be very, very surprised if anyone buys Coulson. It's stupid. I'd rather have a Bronson figure than Coulson.....

He is not a main character but he is very popular. Myself and a lot of other guys on here are looking forward to him more than most of the main figures.
