I'd say they're testing the waters to see just how much predator fanboys are willing to pay. Unless this is an extremely limited piece there's no reason it should cost double, and I saw nothing about it being limited.

Thankfully its a severe pass for me regardless of the price.

Im kind of disappointed by the height, but oh well. The body proportions look much better than the original P1 apart from the legs IMO
Is it just me or do they look a little short?

EDIT - Can you please show both Predators with open mouth, and then both Predators with closed mouth.

Barely looks any taller at all does it. Perhaps they're trying to keep it shorter than the Super Preds.

but if you want my opinion it's an awesome figure, not 100% accurate but i don't care and not 100% similar to the prototype
and of course he can't be 100% similar to the prototype it's a mass production figure

the prototype will always better

Just kidding! Its just the angle that gives the illusion hes smaller...I hope!

Improvement over old p1 but still looks weird... I have on PO though and I'm not big on screen accuracy, but even I can tell it's still kind of off... To thin or something.

The more I look at the pics, the more I like. Eyes and black spots are easy fix.
Overall he looks great.

The main problems still remain:
1) thin dry torso
2) short and small legs
3) long neck
4) small head

Not taking into account absolutely wrongly builded mug and some body armor parts coz it's pointless now.

Too bad it's about the same size as the P1. Aesthically better looking than its predecessor. I've never really liked the face. He reminds me of the hero Pred on AVP. I've never liked his face. It's more noticeable, to me, with the closed mandibles.

I thought I was the only one who didnt really like the face...more so the closed mandible one. But after seeing these new pics, Ive started to like the face a lot more. I think its grown on me. It still looks a little weird at some angles, but yeah, Im liking it now.
I think my main nit pics now are with his height and his kinda short looking legs. But what can you do?

i find he have awesome proportion an the jungle look like a monkey next to him

the realy thing wrong it's that

the not symmetrical helmet and only the battle damaged
the non BD was fine
