I always check the reviews on blu-ray.com before i buy any though.They rate the HD video quality and sound.

Toys2 got their shipment in today. I should have him by wensday.

Mind you, he only got enough to fill some of the first people that preordered, i was down the list quite aways so, i'll have to wait a bit longer.

Really? You enjoy that stupid voice over of hers? The lyrics are bad enough, but add her terrible voice over and you have a grand embarrassment.

The Amazon UK price is 25 pounds which I think is surprisingly low. Usually the price difference is the other way.

Seriously though if you're a Superman fan and can afford it (and have a blu ray player ), this is a no brainer purchase. The movies all look superb, the entire Fleischer cartoon series, Superman and the Mole men, and a load of fascinating extras are included. It's a must.

The Flying Sequence voice-over is terrible, and it's on the soundtrack unfortunately. I hit the mute button every time.

I love the flying sequence, margot kidder and pretty much everything about Superman the movie. IMO one of the most perfect films ever made.

Yup, it's good! Kidder made Lois believable to me, she did that good of a job. (Sure the lyrics are corny, but they are coming from a chick..That needs to be taken into account)

I love the flying sequence, margot kidder and pretty much everything about Superman the movie. IMO one of the most perfect films ever made.

Bi-polar disorder is a handicap as much as paralysis. Kidder's psychotic episode has cost her dearly in terms of her acting and popularity. Mental illness is a hell of a thing to live with.

Not to mention her coke habit. But I think she is great. And has also pulled herself together later in life. She is very warm and witty if you see her interviewed now. She will always be my Lois Lane in the same way Reeve will always be my generations superman.

Their own fault on that one, every pic from start to finish that thing looked like a piece of ____. People saw the price tag on that one, not the item.
