How often do you re-pose your 1/6 figures?

So this evening i re-posed my HT Blade from the bomber jacket to the trench coat, the DX01 Joker, HT wolverine and Astro Boy.

So i wondered how often other collectors change things up in their displays'

Depends on the figure. I spend a lot of time with a new figure trying to achieve a kick-ass pose. Once it's kick-ass it usually stays that way for a good 4-6 months.

I re-arranged two shelves of my four-shelf display the other day and I swear it felt like I had a bunch of new figures.

Every time I feel like I'd like to buy a new figure, I'll just save myself some money and re-arrange and re-pose what I already have :)

Pretty much the same here. Are you my brotha from anotha mutha? :lol

Pretty much the same as Lejuan and Yank... except my collection is probably not even a significant fraction of theirs... I have 8 1:6th releases only :dunno

I usually pick a pose I like and leave them that way forever. I've recently been debating whether I should display Hot Toys Thor with the helmet on or off though.

The guys I don't understand are the following:

"I like figures better than statues because of the articulation, but I either pick one pose and leave it forever or don't pose at all because it will risk wear and tear"

I would usually re-pose at least one figure every two months, but if i do have a really good pose it will stay that way for a good while, others though can have so many great poses they demand changing every now and then, especially if you see a great pose here on the boards and steal it :lol

:lol

To be fair, not all characters are available as statues. And if they are, they might be limited to only a few and the poses might not be to someone's liking.

Yes Sab, but I know that if I wanted to change their pose I could :lol

Exactly. :lecture

I'm a man of great tastes. I pick the best possible pose and stick with my decision. No finicky reposing here. They go in the case and look awesome forever. :lol

^^:lol same here

My RE figures have been in the same pose forever. I guess its because I like statues more.

ever since i posed my medicom snake and he fell apart. i dont repose my figures unless their customs, which wuld be every few months

I don't repose my figures much. Usually once I find a pose I like, they stay that way for awhile. Only time I repose them is usually to make more room (or in some cases, boredom)
