Keep em coming! :D

Please Note I also received PMs from other Sculptors who are interested in this project. I asked our Friend Spenser to do this for us, so it's his call -- we'll see how things shake out. Patience Guys.

Just an update for anyone who missed it. Might be a good time to start posting ref images...

We should probably get a green light on this soon (prolly by this time next week) if this keeps up.

Stay tuned. :D

Yes of course, I'm not asking for committments, just interest level at this point. :D Spenser did a great job with Ghostbusters, so I'm sure if he does these we'll be happy.

Again, feel free to start posting ref pics... wish I had screen grab, I could pull a ton off the Anthology DVD.

No real interest in Sullivan Beatles, but I hope this is a great success so we can see some latter years Beatles. Call me when you guys are ready to get high :)

:lol I think the Beatles first got high with Dylan in late 66 so we are covered there. :rock

Seriously, once we get these done, I'm sure Spenser can use a base sculpt and simply refashion the hair sculpts. Or maybe another Sculptor like Alex Lopez may want to take a crack at it. Thing is, the later you get, the more complicated it gets with outfits, long hair sculpts, glasses, etc.

I think I still have all the screen grabs I did when the Lennon project was in swing.

Cool. Hard Days Night would also be great reference material for grabs. It's the base sculpt that's most important here for starters.

I'm trying to resist this, and I'll probably fail.

Oh, you KNOW you can't resist THIS, Gruff. :D :lol

Actually it was August of 64 when Dylan first turned the Beatles "on". :lecture

Haha, I should have fired up the Anthology DVD first. I usually watch at least one disk a year, but it's been a while since I've seen the early stuff. Oh well, at least I got most of it right...

If we're going for Hard Day's Night as our base, remember each Beatle had a slightly different outfit

John: White shirt, loose tie
Paul: White shirt, vest, neat tie
George: Black buttonless shirt, no tie
Ringo: Black button-down shirt, tie

Just found this. Over 1,000 screencaps from A Hard Day's Night in downloadable zip files.

Awesome, this should be all we need for base sculpts. Of course, hair styles/length changed a bit between 64-66, but Spenser asked for ref images and this is a great resource. Thanks ltm438. :rock

Btw, Spenser has had a bad case of the flu recently, but I will pass this on to him in the coming days.

Also, I will update the Interest Count this w/e.
