I disagree because how do I know for sure what you say you saw was actually correct?

Not tring to start something, just very surprised if it is actually slate gray after most people I have seen here and SHH state white with blue print and all replicated fabrics that sell are also this.

That's no different than people who think Han Solo's ESB jackets are blue. In truth his Hoth parka is brown, and his Bespin jacket is a dark charcoal grey, but you ask anyone what colour they are and they'll say 'blue' in both cases.

I'm amazed at how high you guys expect Hot Toys to leap when you yell "jump!"

Try getting Sideshow, Enterbay, or Medicom to fix their mistakes and see how far that gets you.

Actually, if you look at history, you'll see SSC has listened to people who point out mistakes, and do fix things.

Maybe Hot Toys bought too much grey and dark purple cloth.....

More plausible, sure. But even if you overbought up to 25% over what you needed, you still won't be able to run all the patterns with it for a Joker that will sell as good as this DX one. I understand cutting corners to a degree, but that kind of scenario wouldn't really save much.

And still, that scenario works only for the gray suit jacket. The purple coat is made of a new material.

I dont know how much it will help but I just emailed hot toys and even gave them the link to this thread with our complaints. Hopefully it will get someone elses attention. And anyone out there wanting to fix these problems maybe bugging the hell out of hot toys with emails will get at least some fixed.

That photoshop really helps the overall look of the figure. The gray blands it a bit.

The inaccurate one or the accurate photoshop?

These are changes that the figure should have already had.

I applaud them for the new overcoat, different cuts for the clothes and the pockets for the vest.

But there need to be some color changes.

Hot Toys can do it and has had time to. That's why we're making a big deal about this.

Join the revolution or sit in the corner with a grin on your face.

But you're right. Either way HOT TOYS WINS!
