“Your powers are weak old man.”

“The years have made you weak.”

Vader likes to downsize his opponents.
Before their rematch Obi-Wan will apologize for his weak performance: “I’m terribly sorry Darth, but I just remembered….

My favorite part from ANH is when Leia reminisces to Luke how she was able to save Reva’s soul from the darkside.
Whoa all of a sudden I'm getting Sam Wilson/Flagsmasher flashbacks. I can totally see this series ending with Obi-Wan carrying Reeva's body and then giving a 10 minute speech/lecture about how they all share guilt in creating the Inquisitors and need to "do better" etc.

I wasn't talking about whether Ben knew that Anakin and Vader were one and the same though. I was commenting on whether Ben knew what Vader's *suit* looked like prior to ANH. And his flippant and casual response to Vader when they met on the Death Star suggest that he had seen him in the suit before.

I mean he's all "Hey Darth, what up" without the slightest shred of surprise at learning just what Anakin has had to wear to stay alive all these years.
“He’s more machine now than human, twisted and evil.”

So from ROTS to ANH one would have to assume Obi Wan saw Vader somehow. So a confrontational fight would make sense.

But…..

“When I left you I was but a learner, now I am the master”
“Only a master of evil darth”

Kind of does not make any sense in regards to the Obi Wan series. Unless they fight again this line is more fitting for ROTS being the last time they saw each other

I’m still bothered that Vader didn’t try to get Obi after the lady blew up the fuel container.

I guess one could look at it that even though it’s smack in the middle between ROTS and ANH they went with the ANH Vader version that just stands and ponders versus doing flips like Dooku in ROTS. in this case over fire.

But I still don’t get why he just didn’t force hold him did he run out of force juice, will power, what because that was his mortal enemy we’re talking about here.

But “when I left you…“ could refer to when he “left him” for the dark side, not necessarily the last time they met.

He didn't say that line in ANH though. He said it as a ghost in ROTJ where he assumedly would have had all kinds of extra knowledge as an enlightened being.

Right which is why we're all assuming they'll continue the Rocky III routine and have there be a big rematch where he defeats Vader again.

Whoa...

I think he just took a moment to reflect instead of powering through with his mission like in ESB when he let Luke fall off the gantry and just watched him instead of using the Force to lift him back up.

Still trying to catch up with previous pages of this thread but how in the world did 3rd sistah get ahead of Leah? Was the tunnel circular? Two episodes where adults couldn't catch up to her with her barely having any head start and one with all the advantage of being ahead yet got caught.

After finding the tunnel Reva did look up at the space port, so I assume she surmised that it was Leia’s destination and went via speeder or another fast mode of transport. Or maybe she “Mary Poppins-ed” there and that’s where Leia learned that move. :wink1:

Reva has a twin. :panic:

Well... that's some Reva-lation.

Or maybe she stopped doing those unnecessary parkour moves that slowed her from catching Obi-Wan in the first episode.
