Is about 10 days to Mission Chicago.

Half time is over with a score of 35 to 0.

Unfornately, even with the great success in the 1st half the game, we failed to build up the momentum for 2nd half.

To catch up with our strategic game plan, we will do some explosive drives in the 2nd half. All our RBs WRs TE are in uniforms waiting to be on the field.

Someone is going to cry.

Do you mean Sisko's barely there eyebrows?
Nope, I mean the eyelids, particularly the highlighted vertical lines. Please don't take me as being too picky - checking this sort of thing is literally my job, lol - it's a truly fantastic likeness - if the figure comes out even 75% as good as this render, it'll be another winner for EXO-6 (and us, as the collectors!)

(and yes, the barely there eyebrows are handled very well!)

I think those are supposed to be grooves to paint lashes. It looks kinda weird blown up like that, but at actual 1/6th size, I'm sure it's not noticeable-especially when painted.

Quite possibly! I'm sure it'll look fantastic. Very excited to see my favourite Captain from my favourite Trek looking so darn good.

Is this sporting jargon? Because I'm at a loss 😆

Really looking forward to TWOK-SPOCK! He and Kirk are my personal Trek grails. I’m so grateful for Hot Toys revealing so many meh Star Wars figures recently. Really opened my budget up🖖

Hot Toys have fallen by the wayside for me, partly due wanting snap up as many EXO-6 figure as possible & partly due to their increasing preorder list & ignoring major Wars characters in favour of blink & you miss them characters.
EXO-6 & Weta Dark Crystal are my main focus for the foreseeable future.
May pick up the odd Queen Studios iconic figure, like Joker & Gandalf though

Hey Nanjin,
Will all the new figures have the same pre-order window and be coming out at the same time? Trying to figure out budgeting. 🤣
No. They won't have the same pre-order timings.

Reasons:

1) Some will go into production before pre-sale. We can't change quantities. This will be available for immediate shipment (the 3+1 that I mentioned before will be like this. No much lead time, not much pre-sale windows. Close whenever we sell out the produced quantities. Will circle max orders for vendors)

2) Some that are molds dependant with less cut and sew but mostly hard goood (ex, cap chair) quantities can be added even when production is half way done. Very long pre-order windows. (Can be 2+ months preorder time frame)

3) normal uniformed figures: production won't start until we have a pre-sale quantities. About 1 week lead time, 3 weeks pre-sale windows.

4) production gaps fillers. Less demand figures with low quantities expectation used to fill out the production gaps. No specific delivery date. Deliver whenever is done with free time used. No pre-sale lead time. No pre-sale).

I will change the above whenever production needs pre-sale/sales support.

As you can see from the above, I have less desire to maximize quantirs with very little concern of bottom lines. An approach that will eventually fail or breakdown. These are some of the stupidest strategies that I ever made in my life interms of sustaing a long lasting healthy company.

Sounds bad, right? Think of it this way, without me sacrificing EXO-6 in this approach, we can never able to have a set of any Trek series.

EXO-6 will terminate its own existence for the sake of completing 1/6 Star Trek.

Compare the above to having NOTHING or incomplete collection that dies in the middle of the way.

Do note that, those who only want a complete set of a specific crew in each series will not have any problem ordering.

Seven will be a problem, we are limited by the supplier with her internal metal skeleton. Be ware of her sales date. We can only produce about 1/3 of the expected demand....

Hi Nanjin,

How will we be notified on the sales of the "Production gap fillers"? Will there be an email sent out to all EXO-6 customers? I just don't want to miss on the opportunity of obtaining one of these figures. Thank you.

Email will send out.

Gap fillers are those less demanding figures or only produce in smaller quantities without pressure. Only a handful of people will think they are of any good like Andrea, Mudd, Edith from TOS, Founders in DS9, One from VOY. Majority will only praise them just to be polite and move on without 2nd thought, some might regret on a later date. People will learn to live.with it.

Trek is like an old truck with hex shape tires... Difficult to move forward or any form of momentum....even in a straight line.

I hope you’re not underestimating demand, Nanjin. I’d buy Mudd and Edith Keeler in a second.

I doubt we'll see any of these figures sell out quite that fast, since there's still a small number of Trek collectors out there. But I'll definitely be ordering mine the second it goes up, just to be safe. 🤞
We need to have any figure sells out or have ebay pricing within 2 months. Otherwise, we will be in trouble with production quantities.

Vendors will buy less and less and our cost to ship wholesale will increase (per unit), then eventually sales could not take anymore of the produced stock
Sales will die from constipation and must cut price to move the stock.

All and all, over production is a death sentence. I will avoid that.

Choice is clear from my stand point:

Sold out as expected, I make the intended profit.

Didn't sell out as expected, then i dont have the working capital for the subsequent production and have to pay carrying cost.

The choice is obvious.

What?! How can we be aware of the date if you don't tell us the date well beforehand? Will other retailers receive quantities of Seven of Nine or she only through Exo-6? Seems to be you will need to produce at least as many Sevens as there were Janeways to keep the Ebay price from going through the roof.

Is there a mailing list somewhere to get on? Thanks
