There really is a lot of variety in the colour of her top in the various pictures above aren't there? I appreciate they are lighting differences in the game but does give a lot of scope.

I'm considering painting the top when I have the figure set up to more closely match the lighter shade.

I guess it depends on the tbleague bodies but the ones I’ve seen the clothes look overly tight and the sculpt look tiny on those bodies. Or overly muscular.

Yeah, usually because people tend to buy the standard body on the left of this picture. The smaller tbleague on the far right, which is perfect scale for the swtoys head, is the one I'm using. The clothes off this figure will be looser 8f anything as the body is smaller. I suspect the vest will be exactly right as it's way too short on the big swtoys body

Yes! Thank you, Zed. I was leaning toward that one based purely on the overall height. It looks great on your custom! She's only supposed to be 5'6" in the newer games, right?

I honestly think that it scales perfectly for Lara but my figure was dispatched about 10 days ago, so if you want to wait until mine arrives I will set it all up on the S27b tbleague and post a picture.

I'm not sure how tall she is in the game, but Camilla Luddington ,who does the motion capture, voice and face of Lara, is 5ft 4".

I think that she looks about the right scale next to Nate.

You can use the tbleague bodies with swtoys, you just need to buy the smaller s27b body. My swtoys lara head is on one. View attachment 533669
That S27 looks perfect for that sculpt. I might have to get one and (finally) finish my RotTR Lara.
I just need to figure out where I can buy belt buckles so that I can make her gun holster belt and shoulder strap. lol

Finished getting my SWToys Lara 3.0 all onto a tbleague S27B for those interested in seeing how it looks.

Not one for the feint hearted as I have had to modify hands, straps, boots and the vest to fit.

Proportions are spot on though in my opinion, so if you are happy modifying figures this is what she will look like.

At a quick glance that looks MUCH more proportionate! Thanks for the pics. What were the hand and boot mods you had to do?

That body does look great! Good job btw. I would update the current body but I “hate” or wasting a tbleague body on a figure that is mostly covered up.

Anyone else having ankle articulation issues like this guy? And does modding the figure with a TBLeauge body help with this problem?

Thanks in advance,

I'm currently updating my Lara Croft I did back in 2016 before all these 3rd parties figure came out. The head is not accurate but I've always loved it. It captures perfectly the innocence but determination of the character in the 2013 game. Still got lot of work to do notably fix the hair (tibetan lamb fur) and probably try to resculpt the necklace ( I did that out of supersculpey, but it's inaccurate and too big).

I’ve been on the fence for a very long time and I almost gave out. Now that it’s out I’m on the fence again.

Might cave in, but I think that the arms on the S27B body still looks a bit larger than they should. Are there any other bodies that could be a good fit?

HT Abigail’s body is much better but, what’s the durability on those arms? And it’s still rare and very expensive to track on ebay…

I am a fan of diorama bases. What are you all using for your rocky/jungle bases that could be easily tracked on the second hand market?

In my case it's a diorama base I built myself using foam.

I followed that insane tutorial video

Funny enough, if I had one criticism of the s27b it's that the arms aren't big enough!

Lara is buff in the third game, he arms are muscular and thicker.

Yeah, I think we're saying the same thing. The arms look big but not really defined, whereas the Abigail's arms are more sculpted.
