Here's the scoop. Konami was infamous for *NOT* sealing their PAL region games. Sealedgameheaven moderator Gemini-Phoenix has an awesome thread regarding this. Now, that's not to say no Konami games were sealed, it's just some are and some aren't. Even today many copies of MGS4 in the UK are new but not sealed. Anyways....
The Premium Pack was NOT sealed by Konami. The inner contents were but not the box. The boxes were sealed by some retailers, so although yours is sealed and I highly suggest not to open it, it's not a sought after factory seal. How did I finally find this out? Someone in the UK had contacted me that saw it on my want list as "Premium Pack PAL *sealed* and informed me all about it. He's worked at a video game store for years, even when this was released 11 years ago. I also know someone in Spain that has a case of these (spanish version) and none of the boxes are sealed (only inner contents), but it's only recently I've received confirmation on the PAL version.
As far as print run, I believe it's 10,000 for the entire european region.
Although it's quite rare and a sealed PAL premium package (only inner contents sealed) may be harder to find than a sealed gold package, I doubt it would sell higher. If you're looking for a number, I think yours with the extra store seal would go for $300-$400US depending on how good of an auction listing you make and if you can attract the right buyers.
