If only i had a Tardis...i could fast forward to the year 2022 when this is finally released:)

Seriously though...i do hope BC can sort things out with the new factory and stick close to the delivery date given:impatient:

Love these new promo shots...especially the one with the Daleks...

While there's life there's always hope! ;)

I saw that June 2020 estimated ship date and immediately thought "Everybody place your bets."

All the pictures look great, but I'm also a bit puzzled that they didn't show a 'What's in the box' picture, with the figure, stand, and all the accessories laid out on display. I'm hoping the tardis key is the 'arrowhead' style, and not the yale key. Still I ordered, and paid in full to get the discount and both maggots! I started saving for this day as soon as soon as BCS showed off that 3D render of the head!

I preordered mine just minutes ago...

Didn't know it'll be 11 months (maybe) until I actually get it.
But I do recall having to wait from May 10, 2016 when I preordered a
1:6 Ellen Ripley figure until late October of 2017 until it finally arrived.

1:6 Third Doctor figure looks amazing!
Still, I wish it would arrive next week, not next summer...

If you don't like long waits Big Chief is not the company for you. I ordered the 8th Doctor figure the day it went up April 22 2017. It's still not out yet. We'll be very lucky indeed if the 3rd Doctor arrives next summer.

Honestly I'm going to be watching eBay for these from now on. I jumped in for 13 but looking at eBay, you can get other figures for far under retail and I'm going to take my chances that even these will pop up eventually.

I started buying toys and action figures in fall of 1994.
I've been waiting for a 1:6 Jon Pertwee as Third Doctor
figure since around 1999. A wait of another year or so
isn't so bad, now that the bloody thing is actually in the
works....at my age, a year will go by fast, LOL!

*unfriended*

This.

Quality high end Doctor Who releases has been my dream line ever since I first started collecting, far more years ago now than I'd like to count. The idea that I'll eventually end up with not just Pertwee on my shelves at some point now, but also that they confirmed their intentions to give us all the less widespread popular 80's Doctors throughout next year, well that just makes me happier than I can say, and despite quite a few bumps over the years collecting this line, it will have all have been more than worth it to me if all the Doctors see release, as they are planned to do. :rock

And a Delgado Master on top? Yes please. And hopefully just the start of a line of Master figures. Happy to take that Cyberman and Dalek too, when they come. :)

Now, how about a classic era TARDIS... :p

I concur : I always had action man back in the day, and always preferred that scale to any other.
Then, a number of moons ago, I came across, by accident the HT Indiana Jones. I bought it in an instant.
Later that evening over a beer or four, my mate said he’d have loved Trek figures of that caliber.
I agreed, but told him my dream set would be Doctor Who.
So, despite all the delays and the like, these are coming out , and I got one am so glad they are.

Looking forward to the (now) three Doctors on order, to add to this set.

Oh that is a nice set-up! Great collection! I don't have all of the Doctor Who ones from Big Chief but also all the Sherlock ones plus the TARDIS and the Baker Street door. Love them. Should do more pictures with them.

I remember when they came out with Matt Smith's Doctor as their first. Originally I didn't want to commit to buy for such a lot of money and would have been happy with just Ten. But then a friend was so excited about him and I also figured if I don't buy this now we might never see Ten and so I did and I am glad I did. And look where we are now! With variants even!

I also remember with my first buy telling them that my biggest wish would be Captain Jack Harkness. Still waiting for him to happen. It has also been years since he first was teased.

I got my confirmation email, so I now have three Doctors on preorder.
With 007 and Supermarionation, that’s 8 BCS figures waiting in the wings.

With only 500 being made i'd say there's a very slim chance of these ever popping up on ebay for lower than the retail price...
