WTB- Washington Cape, brotherhood boots

Hi, kind of a long shot; but I have an idea for a custom figure but I need a few parts to make it happen.

I'm looking for a loose black cape, or overcoat similar to, or the one that came with the Sideshow George Washington figure:

Also, I'm trying to to find some civil war, or earlier style riding boots with spurs, like the ones that came with a number of the Brotherhood of Arms figures:
