What's your favorite Terminator?

So, guys and gals, what's your favorite Terminator, and what do like best about it? My favorites' are the Terminator 2 endoskeletons, and the Arnold Schwarzenegger T-800 Model 101.

The T-1000's results so far really don't reflect how great he was as the new Terminator on the block. Just because arnie is the original and the figurehead of the franchise is what gives him all his votes.

I'm not voting. Too hard to choose between The Big 3, T1 T-800, T2 T-800 and T-1000
