What determines when a new version of a 1:1 scale Endoskeleton is released ?

Guys I see there's a new Terminator Genesis movie coming out and I see there's an Endoskeleton shooting what I believe to be a machine gun in the trailer .
Would the release of a new movie make for the possibility of another different version of an Endo to be made and sold by SS also ? I Wish they'd make a chrome one again with that machine gun perhaps .

If they think they can make money on a new version, I would assume we would see one.

No reason for them to make a new one when they have the V2 out. New movie means more money for another license and they are not different enough. I would rather see a TX or other model before another T-800 style.
