Satchel strap on the Temple of Doom is 5mm. On the Raiders it is bigger around 7mm. The TOD one looks much better in my opinion.

Both bags are roughly the same. 7 cm up and down and 6.5 cm across.

Of the three stones two are the same length wise 4.5cm and one is shorter 4cm. All three have pretty much the same width 2.4.cm.

Here is also a picture of the Temple satchel next to the one you did for comparison. Hope some of that helps.

Geewhiz customs does custom real leather jackets for this. Idk how much it costs but I'm willing to bet they aren't cheap. I also don't know if they'll require you to send yours. You'd think they'd have a template for it since I believe they've done a few by now, but they tend to still make you send them the original most of the time, which is an additional expense on the customer.

Curious for you guys who have customized yours either as a Cairo version or replacing the jacket - did you have to break the arms to remove? I’m just wondering if there’s a way to remove the arms with maybe a heat gun or something to loosen whatever industrial strength glue sideshow uses for these things instead of breaking the statue
