That head sculpt made my day. I'm getting a Cher vibe! 
Maybe its a ploy from Sly Shop? Let Star Ace release some dire Sly figs that no one wants, then Sly Shop comes along and says ' look what we can do '
It looks like some real work went into making these sculpts look so bad.

I’m very happy with their Talos and Medusa even if expensive, but these Rocky figures are absolutely hilarious. Their Apollo looks like it’s about to explode.
That head is atrocious. I fail to understand what keeps Star Ace afloat.
When Rocky said, cut me Mick, I don’t think he had this is mind.

They'd be better off creating highly stylized renditions of these characters, rather than attempting a level of realism they realistically aren't capable of.
