I wish Sideshow would revisit the ones they missed in the original series. Do a Part V "Jason" with the impostor underneath and a Jason Takes Manhattan. At least they would finish out the series.

I love this figure so much. Made me look at some of Sideshow’s past figures. Some of them aren’t half bad. Granted for the time they were stellar and with a little help....

So I was able to snag a Jason Lives Friday the 13th part 6 Figure by Sideshow off of evilbay. I paid $50 shipped. A steal and for that price I didn’t mind that I cannibalized him once he came in. First thing I did was lose the buck body with those little tiny baby feet/boots. I replaced it with a tall CooModels body. Used all the Sideshow Parts. Mods to the gloves to fit the new pegs, and the head to fit a current neck plug. I added a black sleeveless t-shirt to go over the black sheep skin thingy. Replaced the tan mask straps with black elastic and added a metal buckle. Then out came the paint to weather the head, mask, all the clothes. Did my wet look and repainted all the bullet holes. Added blood effects. New boots, weathered them too. Now he’s not a Hot Toys type Jason Lives Figure but for about $65 in him total...I’m delighted with him. I want to make him a spear and make him a stand like the new Sideshow 1/6...but other then that....this bad boy is done and stands quiet proudly with his brother.
Hope you dig him.....this will be the first of many to come!!!

Desperately want to do a Part 2 and do this upgrade.

Wips looking nice. I just picked up a caine head and mask. Will a ttm18 work for this or should I think about going bigger body wise? Also, will ss wrist pegs fit that style body?
