So I read through the majority of the pages on this thread and will order myself a smaller more realistic machete and pad up the torso too, who has the best head sculpt available to replace this?

Booked up my Jason earlier today with a toy stuffing for his upper torso/shoulders & neck + a folder paper towel for his abdomen.
Very happy with the results especially as the shirt looks smaller now and better with a styled collar.

So I received my hot toys mms135 machete at the start of the month and I’m much more happy with how it looks in Jason’s hand compared to the sword he’s provided with. I am however making my own metal/wooden machete which is my first time ever tackling anything of the kind. Fun project & going well until the wood I had for my handle was far too soft and broke apart on me so attempt number 2 this weekend!
Also started replacing the strap snaps/rivets with smaller nail heads, Big up galactiboy for the help! May repaint my hockeymask before the rivets are glued down permanently.

And great work on your machete so far, TheShape6, that's gonna be a nice accessory. It sucks that Sideshow lost their mind on the stock machete... there is no universe in which that is a reasonable version I still had one from an older Sideshow figure and it looks 10x better.

Finally done some more work to my machete, just about to paint it and use some sewing pins for rivets. This fine fits nice and snug in the hand and just slide in perfect [emoji1364]
Thanks Galactiboy! Yeah the provided machete is terrible, I think replacing it is pretty necessary now.
Caine hock ordered too! But I have some 3mm elastic and 3mm crossgrain ribbon to re-strap the stock hock, just been holding back incase I decide to try repainting it first.

I had to completely destroy him to get a refund. He had defects out of the box. I was surprised to see the fully sculpted and painted face under the mask. Makes me believe Sideshow had plans for a removal mask or separate un-masked head sculpt at one point of development.
