I think there was always a big chance it wouldn't sell. I bet they decided it's too risky to release such a niche figure and cancelled.

The Marvel guys recently interviewed by Hot Toys mentioned this, and Hot Toys kept that reference in their interview. Not sure if that means anything. . .it probably doesn't.
