Lol... He's got a 1% chance if he plays a huge role in the film. Put yourself in HT's shoes... Why? They'd see more sales just making a Pepper Potts!

It's weird Pepper Potts won the fan poll and Coulson came in last.
He has a figure and still no Pepper.
Hot Toys is so crazy,they take a poll and make the loser.

I don't know how much say they actually have, when it comes to which characters to licence, tho. I mean, what if the only reason there's never been a Pepper figure was because of licensing restrictions related to Gwynneth Paltrow's likeness? Or HT wanted to make one, but Marvel didn't? usually it's the owner of the properties who have the final say in what gets made for high-profile, lucrative licenses, not the actual licenser... and maybe they did test sculpts but the prototypes were never signed off on by the actor/actor's reps if it's in their contracts that they have approval over their likeness being used in licensed products?
