We just had breakfast with Princess Sofia. Those shows are gigantic. Hardly anything is as big as Frozen.

My daughter knows Doc McStuffins and we never watch the show.

I really hope they eventually make it a movie, it would be nice to see it go further

You would probably be interested in googling the press around the release of Sophia the First. A Dis employee declared her the first Latina Disney Princess but they quickly retracted it. It's not that she couldn't be Latina but because the show wasn't focusing on the cultural elements they didn't want her to be representative of anyone. That's where the seeds for Elena started , if I'm remembering correctly.
