Different sculptors I guess.... They should had Trevor or Kyle sculpt affleck but oh well I'm still getting it.

Prototypes are meticulously hand painted by Neca and put together by hand, not factory. Every finished prototype I've seen on lower end figures always looks better due to that. So yep, looks better.

Just wondering if the cowl is made of leather? My batfleck took a dive, and there's a little scrape mark on its cowl. Was thinking i can fix the slight dull discoloration back to the slightly reflective look with some leather wax polish. Any advise guys? Will wax screw up the cowl even more?

I don't have it but my guess it's an soft plastic. Acrylics should do fine.

It's prob an softer material much like the Keaton cowl. I'll find out tomorrow when i get this guy in the post.

NECA Affleck Batman...

My mini review

Head look pretty good besides the HORRIBLE paint and on the lips WTF were they thinking... In my honest opinion they should of had the head-sculpt and lower cowl pieces in two parts so he could turn is head with out turning the cowl with him... Affleck is mostly there but it's mainly the paint thats throwing it off. once you repaint it and do the face mod it's pretty spot on for Affleck...


Body looks pretty good but will need to be repainted to be movie accurate.. The bat symbol ears are slightly off center but not an big deal to me... The Rubber hiding the ab-crunch is pretty awesome wish they would of done this with their West figure.The cape is OKAY... Not even the right design but that's no big surprise their. Overall I'm still happy with the figure but once my buddy works his magic on this figure it will be an awesome piece.

I still wish they would've made an armored Batman instead. They could've used scans of the actual armor, like what they did for the Arkham figures.
