Lost ending to Raiders of the Lost Ark (ark burns US govt crate)

Either that or they're just transposing it from the boat scene since the Ark ends up back in a crate at the end of the movie.

That's not it for my case. I remember the scene in a sense that "everything is safe now......oh no it isn't" then the film ends.

I remember watching it ending that way too in the theater but more than 25 years my memories may be playing tricks on me. Maybe an Asian/Australian distributors cut? A lot of films had different endings here.
