This, I've owned both, the coat and overcoat and tie on V1 are horrific. The pants are the only thing that's better than DX01.

The shirt is OK, so is the green thing which I don't know the english word for, but it's got awful velcro.

Don't buy the V1. It's BAD.

DX01 clothes are a better fit. The V1 had bulky clothes and was on one of the older Truetype bodies that had the weird, bulky shoulders. DX01 was one of the first figures to use the narrow shoulders, which look more natural with clothes on.

I own the V1 and love it. It was the first HT figure I received. I of course swapped the awful head sculpt for the bank robber version but you asked about clothing.... I also own the V1 TDK Batman and saw no need to get the DX02 or DX12. I think these older figures are fine so long as you don't have the others side by side to compare.
