All I've done is adjust the positioning of the chest box, belt and cod piece. And removed the wire from the tunic. A part from those minor things, he's stock.

Just keep at it. You should hear glue cracking as you move it side to side. Eventually it will come loose.

Just poke it through and gently pull it out.

The pegs are tight or the cuffs? Those gloves are too used to the wimpy Deluxe arms.

pegs are a little loose, but they hold. It's a very easy fix to tighten them... so whatcha think??

Chakaman which part did you sand down ?

The area on the head in which the square peg from the dome sits in. I also sanded off the "ribs" from the interior of the dome.

I will take some pics later today.
