They haven't ever showed it with the suit in pieces at shows or the display stand at all. I wonder if they just abandoned it because it wasn't practical.

I doubt they abandoned anything... It's not finished yet.

It'll be really cool if it turns out anything like the prototype, that's for sure.

If you read the specs when buying it says it's included. I think it's a bad feature as it makes the figure look very toyish to me and not a collectible.

Bones is already $285, so as far as bases go, I wouldn't expect a marvel of engineering. It'll likely be a nicer version of, say, a PAK or Figuarts base.

Much better than the solid black of the dynamic stands that also cover parts of the torso

How do those clear arms connect to the pieces though? Slots? Or clamps?

I'm fine either way. And so far, the pics of cons and stuff for this guy is looking mighty fine. I hope not a lot is changed.

Haven't heard anything about Bones recently - Sideshow says shipping in June so maybe HK release next month?
