Yeah, did he cut something off of the hard plastic piece or did he remove it altogether? Hard to tell from those photos.

Looks like to me that some of it was dremeled down but it's hard to see without better pics.

i think he simply removed the hard plastic of the rubber, than he could move the rubber parts as he wanted

Translated comments: "What happens if you push together the two objects (fillings) towards the center...will it (BW) look more close to the production photos??...after some trial and error ...removed the object that secures the chest...zipping back the suit allows you to push them up"

thats all I got out of it...judging by the pictures looks like he did carve out some of the materia supporting the two half sphere "stuffings", thus, letting the breasts to be movable. Then by zipping the suit back up, created the lift and resulted in the smaller chest and cleavage that we saw in the production photos

Hands, yes they are similar,
Feet, not without modification, These are ball joints on BW

Maybe there was glue holding those solid boob placements in place. Breaking them away from body might let us lift her tits?

Do note: you don't have to peel the inserts from the rubber skin as he did. You'll just need to peel the backing of the insert that was glued to hard plastic behind.
