Hot Toys Caucasian Color

I was at a store today that carries a fair amount of Hot Toys figures and I noticed that the white people all seemed kind of brownish, like they've been out in the sun too long. Is this normal or was it something with this stores figures? My Indiana Jones is this color, but I thought that it was a choice for the specific figure.

Just curious if others have noticed this. They are still amazing figures, and it's not a complaint by any means.

This has pretty much become the norm over the last couple of years or so. I buy all sorts of loose bodies for customs, and they are all very, very tan.
