AUD $360 RRP for this. I remember paying AUD $315 for the Jake Sully Avatar figure that's 6 times larger than Rocket at least. Prices are just getting crazy now.

It makes perfect sense. Rocket's from the #1 movie of all time, while Jake is from that second rate, second place film.

Yes. Just be prepared to pay over $100 for the outfit. The body & outfit will around $150+. At that point you’re better off buying the full figure and selling what you don’t want and you’ll come out ahead.

I'm looking at some of the promo images up on the Hot Toys website. And this figure really needed an alternate head. It looks pretty ridiculous in any pose that doesn't involve him carrying a gun. Oh, well.

Not any i know of. You can always try to get exclusive Vol 2 head on market.

That’s what I did. It took patience but finally scored one on eBay a few months back for $50

I’d love to have an expression like this. A mischievous grin could go with so many poses. The neutral head that came with Vol. 1 and 2 Rocket always looked so off to me

I must be in the minority, I like both sculpts. A new one would be cool but we won’t see that until GotG 3 I bet. I don’t see them giving a new sculpt for the quantum suit

Agreed that a “mischievous grin” would be ideal but there’s no way they were going to spend the money for a new mold. However, I disagree that the “neutral head” looks off and think that it would have been a much better choice for EG Rocket. Personally, I feel bad for collectors that don’t have a Rocket with the neutral head because the first thing I’m going to do when I receive this version is grab one of those heads to swap onto EG Rocket (regardless of goggles fitment).

I do agree with who say that HT should have given a new HS with this Endgame Rocket. Reusing the same HS they used with the Vol 2 and Infinity War (a re-release), it is too much. Good for those who missed it and liked that sculpt and couldn't have it. A bit boring perhaps for those who have the Rocket Collection. At least, they could have included an extra HS with a different expression as in the picture above. I do hope they use a different sculpt for the upcoming Team Suit Rocket (Different from the Vol.1 and Vol.2 ones.

I have painted a Rocket HS recently to have the Endgame colors and likeness which I am going to be using with that suit in the future (if the size is the proper one, which I suspect it is). I want to share it with you so you can tell me what you think about it!!

I still need to add the whiskers, which will be added tomorrow probably. I need to find a suitable material which mimics the real whiskers texture and look. Or I can always pick someone's cat and cut them to be added onto the figure

You never know. That release may just get a new sculpt just to attract buyers who want another sculpt.

Thank you a lot!! Well, it requires some patience and technique. I can always paint it for you. I accept commisions from those who like my work and wants some repaints! And if you decided to finally do it on your own, please, share it! I would be happy to see your version

I am sharing with you the last minor, but huge in difference, paint application. I wasn't 100% happy with the eyes. I felt the white part of the eyeball was missing even though in Vol 1 and Vol 2 he has the eyes like that in these pictures. In Infinity War and Endgame, they prefered to show some white of his eyeballs (Some small changes in design), so I decided to paint that which, in my opion, enhances the likeness more.
