Well I'd been lurking on these boards for a little over a month and finally decided to join up. The custom discussions that have heated up in response to the "demise" of the Lord of the Rings line drew me in. I'd known about this board for a long time but was intimidated by the volume of activity to keep up with - guess I'll be committing to it now!

I collect 1/6 - mainly Star Wars and Lord of the Rings, with a bit of Indy, Terminator and PotC. I've also been customizing the same for about 6 years (back in the Hasbro days). Obviously, Sideshow raised my standards quite a bit since then. I wish I had more time to devote to customizing, since I tend to start more projects than I can ever finish.
