First thing I would do is go into SS demanding who made those lies in writing about the wolverine LSF about that 20 left and never be made ever again, and then fine out what happen to the Harley fake quantity alert issues. I would demand action be taken immediately and then to prove I'm serious I would fire the people who did this knowing it was a sneaky tactic to scoop up more buyers. This would calm people down and show that the company would be serious about thier fans/ buyers which I would not want to lose. What ever happen to the customers are always right?
But anyways, then I would go to china myself and fire out the amaw management team who was in charge of the marvel screw up. I would hire the best QC managers to check often and to keep things going with thier own eyes. I would also get rid of all my business out of the cheaper factories. Saving money only would make my customers mad with endless issues with QC. It's either do it right or don't do it at all.
The next thing would be get a new team to try to knock out all the shipping delays and to get better accurate dates. It won't be perfect but no where as awful as SS does. They would also try thier very best to lower shipping rates and find a way to offer special discounts for buying statues. Maybe like buy 15 get one free. That's very fair. This would be to keep the buyers coming back to buy more like those bonus cards we see at resturants. Also the ES would be much lower to bring back the excitement that has been lost and losing even more now. I would also get a team to respond to customer issues instead of ignoring them.
The last and most important thing is I would fire out whoever is in charge first for the new tough replacement policy. I would personally fire that person myself so that I can hopefully keep my customers or to try to bring some back who was lost during all this mess. I would make a no questions ask return policy on new items. Even with all this to cover the costs. I would just use much of the extra money from the repaints coming out like batman, deadpool, hulk comiquette, baroness blue version, angel, wolverine brown, all coming soon and so many more.
Well this would be a step in the right direction to save as many buyers as possible. This would be a good start with more changes to come.
