Re: GTA V - September 17, 2013

Finished the game with close to 95% complete.
Spent so much time with this game, I don't think I have it in me to go online now anyway. Kinda tired of it? I dunno.

Ended up saving 3 assassinations missions for the end, and then ended up making about $150 million+ , for each character. Bought the golf course and everything else just for kicks.

That was it for me. Don't think I have the patience or desire to collect 50 ufo parts and 50 scrap letters, just to make 100% lol

I just finished the Main Missions last night and only 63% or so...

I still got Side Missions / Strangers and Freaks / Character Level Up Stats to do.

So I see you have bough property... It's worth it yeah?

Cause it would be your main source of income in the game...

What's the best to buy? Or just buy all of them?

I find myself spending most of my time playing that mini golf game at the golf course. Too addictive!

Re: GTA V - September 17, 2013

as i finished the game .. i can safely say, the game is over rated ..

not to get me wrong, it is a wonderful game, but still, sometimes i feel it's getting repetitive .. TLOU is my game of the year so far.

https://www.insidegamingdaily.com/2013/10/11/rockstar-announces-gta-online-stimulus-package/

As we all know by now, the online component of GTA V, known simply and appropriately as Grand Theft Auto Online, hasn’t really been working right since it launched last week. But as a way to thank us patient gamers for not throwing our consoles out the window while they get things running smoothly, Rockstar Games is giving all Grand Theft Auto Online gamers a free half-million bucks-worth of in-game currency.

Here’s the announcement:

“Given some of the recent technical issues during these first days of GTA Online, and now that things are starting to look much smoother (touch wood!), we are planning to provide a special stimulus package for all who have played or will play Grand Theft Auto Online this month. We will be dropping a cool half a million GTA$ in the GTA Online bank accounts of all players this month, starting as early as next week.”

So if you’ve been waiting to log into Grand Theft Auto Online, now you have a very good reason to do so. Free money!

The announcement goes on to explain that the half a million will be deposited in two chunks of $250,000, which will help keep the game slightly more balanced. So that’s pretty awesome, right?

Here are the specific details regarding how a player will be eligible for the free money drop:

You must play or have played Grand Theft Auto Online at any time during the month of October 2013 in order to qualify for the GTA$500,000 deposit in your in-game bank account.
Players will first have to install a forthcoming GTAV title update which we expect to happen next week. That title update (1.04) is expected to fix the remaining instances of issues that have caused vehicle purchase loss and will also enable the functionality through which we’ll be providing this GTA$ stimulus cash to players.
We will announce at the Rockstar Newswire when each deposit is made.
Each of the two GTA$250,000 deposits will be made by Rockstar and should automatically appear in the in-game GTA Online bank accounts of eligible players. Beyond downloading the forthcoming title update mentioned above, there should not be any additional special action required by eligible players to redeem.

Actually my favorite in GTA IV. That part absolutely p---ed me off. Made me hate T for quite a while.

On another note, every time I have to update I lose my online character, rp, and everything they owned. The half million will be well deserved for many players.

If it's where I think it is out at Sandy Shores, you need to walk around the counter inside the shop and there is a flight of stairs that take you to the first floor and that should trigger the mission.
